We consider accident prevention to be the most important part of our operations. Our objective is to make every project safe. To achieve this objective, our employees are required to comply with Federal, State, and local safety regulations relevant to our work.
We recognize work-site safety can only be achieved with the cooperation of all the employees and everyone involved in our operations. All Adleta Construction field team members participate in weekly toolbox talks, daily job briefings and are encouraged to voice opinions about work-site safety concerns. RLA field team members perform a daily pre-job briefing and hazard assessments of the area they are working. Each employee is aware that he or she has a personal responsibility to comply with safe operating procedures.
